• Meet with client to discuss the scope of project, budget, and timeline goals.
• Provide clients with detailed estimate in a timely manner
• Procure materials for project through competitive suppliers
• Review city code requirements and obtain permits when required
• Complete project on budget and on time
• Maintain open communication with client throughout the project
• Perform project walk through with client and address any concerns and finalize punch list to clients satisfaction
• Full interior and exterior painting including patching and retexturing
• Kitchen and bathroom remodels including countertop and cabinet replacement, tiling, tub and shower enclosures. Refacing and modifying existing cabinets.
• Full plumbing services and modification including re-piping and fixture replacement
• Carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl and tile flooring installation
• Wood finish-work including doors, crown moulding and baseboards
• Full electrical services including full re-wiring and electrical panel replacement or relocation
• Install lighting including recessed lighting
• Special order and coordination of appliance delivery and installation
• Window, Door, and Patio Door replacement and installation
